 All pricing is subject to insurance approval.

The minimum age for van rentals is 23 years of age with 2 years driving experience. Minibuses have a minimum age of 25 years with 5 years driving experience. Licence restrictions may apply please check.

All drivers must have been licensed to drive for at least two years at the time of rental. A National Driving Licence must be presented at time of rental. If a new style UK Licence is presented then both parts i.e. card and paper are required. Another additional form of identification must be provided, such as a credit card / debit card or passport.

Vehicles have a customer liability excess from £250. Damage waivers to reduce this amount are available at a small daily cost, please enquire for details. 
Additional charges will be made for extra drivers added to the insurance.

The minimum period of rental is 24 hours, effective from commencement of rental. Please note all daily rates are calculated assuming a 24-hour day from our standard pick up time of 9am.

Out of normal office hours can often be accommodated but may incur increased fees. When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time.

Weekend Rentals usually commence at 5pm on Friday and finish at 9am on the following Monday, however we do offer some flexibility.

FMS vehicles are regularly maintained, serviced and untitled9inspected for top performance and reliability.
